📦 Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • You received an expired product

To be eligible for a return request:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video is mandatory

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To raise any return or refund request, an unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Be continuous and unedited
  • Show the damaged or incorrect item clearly

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

🔄 Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
    OR
  • Full refund

Decision will be at the sole discretion of Seravia after verification.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Orders placed during sale or promotional offers
  • Free gifts

Before using any skincare product, please read the ingredient list carefully.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions caused due to individual skin sensitivity.
